c. check (payable in U.S. dollars only) Add shipping & handling charge in check

S&H within USA: $4.50 for one book, plus $1.50 for each additional book

S&H to Canada: $5.50 for one book, plus $1.50 for each additional book

S&H outside USA: $7.00 for one book, plus $2.00 for each additional book

Your books will be shipped to you by regular mail except in the following cases:

a. you specify special instructions, e.g. UPS, UPS Next Day Air, etc.

b. all orders of 4 or more books within the USA will be automatically shipped UPS
