New AOS membership directory to be published

AOS has not distributed a membership directory since 1995.  Several people have said five years is long enough -- and they are right.  We plan to issue a new directory this fall.  Just because you were in the old directory does NOT automatically include you in the new one.  Your response gives AOS permission to publish your name and address.  

To be included in the new directory, you must respond immediately by e-mail to Sarah Whitfield and send her the following information:

(1) YOUR INFORMATION:  send your name, address, phone number and e-mail how you want it included in the directory; unless you specify otherwise, we will assume that you want all of this information in the directory;

(2) BIRD GUIDE:  please indicate whether or not you are available to take others out birding in your area on reasonable notice; unless you say that you ARE AVAILABLE, we will assume that you are NOT.

Please reply as soon as possible!  Sarah is attempting to compile all of the information and have the directories published in time to distribute at the Fall 2000 meeting.  Direct any questions or comments regarding the membership directory to Sarah at ibird@zebra.net.
